SmartaPay offers a number of 24 hours a day seven days a week choices for Parents to pay.
- VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners via Telephone and Internet
- BPAY through your banking provider
- Australia Post cash, EFPOS and cheque over the counter
- Cheques to Locked Bag for SmartaPay
- Direct Debit from a debit account or credit card
- PostBillpay website
2. How do I make a Payment?
Simply follow the instructions in your Fee Statement. To make a payment using one of the payment channels available.
3. How do I set up a Direct Debit?
Pick up a form from your School or download a Direct Debit Request form from the Website. Fill it in and post it to SmartaPay Head Office. No faxes will be accepted.
4. How do i know that SmartaPay is a reputable and secure company?
You will have a more efficient and productive receipting solution that will allow your staff and you to spend more time on processes that need a human input. Your Parents will find a payment option that suits them and is available when they want to pay their fees. As a result you should see in increase in payments on-time and less arrears. You will reduce the risk to your School and staff in handling cash. The value of this benefit is hard to measure but the risk is very real.
5. Where does my money go?When you make a payment the money is sent to our trust account. Where we match up your Reference Number to your particular Schools and send the money onto them.
6. Where can i pay with my Credit Card?
To pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners card, you can choose from the following options:
- Internet
- Telephone
- Direct Debit
7. How do I know if a payment is successful?
You will immediately receive a receipt after the transaction has been successfully process, excluding posted Cheques and Direct Debits.
8. When does the money come out of my Credit Card or Bank Account?
The money will come out immediately.
